~ French Press Coffee ~
A few
years ago I purchased a French Press coffee pot but was disappointed in
how the finished product tasted. I really didn't know what I was doing and
guessing, even if it was an educated guess, wasn't proving to create a
delicious brew. A few months ago we pulled out the French
Press pot from the cupboard and decided to give it a second try. This time we went online to get accurate
brewing instructions and purchased a good quality, coarsely ground bean at
a local roaster. The result was
amazing. We are now hooked and look
forward to a delicious cup of French Press in the morning.

I love my French Press, the first we bought many years ago is by Philipp Starck and still in use in our household!
