~ Bathing ~
via Nate Berkus
I love to bathe. At least I used to love to bathe. It has been twelve looonnnnggg years since I've bathed.

Are you shocked?

The very first home my husband and I bought as a newlywed couple had and original tub from the 1930's. It was huge and deep and lovely. Whenever I had a stressful day I'd fill the tub with the hottest water my skin could handle and submerge myself amongst the bubbles. It was divine.

Fast forward ten years and we purchased our 'dream' home but the master bath only had a shower. A large shower, but sadly just the shower. The second bath had a shallow tub that offered a sufficient bath for our children but not the soaking, luxurious experience I was looking for.

I dream of a deep, comfortable soaking tub that I can linger in and meditate my worries away.

Anyone of these would be wonderful...a dream come true...a girls best friend.

Bathing is definitely, or at least used to be, one of My Favorite Things.

Beautiful collection of tubs!
I love the picture with the black and white pattern tile on the long bathroom "hallway". Do you have the source, i.e. the direct link? I would like to "pin" it on pinterest but would like the original source. Thanks.
